About Us

The Breton Buddies Building is great place to live throughout your studies, while you transition to your goal housing, while you live out your days, or once you get back onto your feet and are ready to build. Save money, defy inflation, make friends, and try out a different housing style.

Amenities

Driscoll Holdings Inc. will continue the owner’s working relationship with Go-Pro Property Management Inc. and Rachel’s Cleaning to provide best-in-class services. This includes 24/7 tenant assistance, in-house bed bug treatments, weekly cleaning (please contact for full cleaning details). Note that tenants must be of their right mind to receive service.

Pre-leasing now. Year-to-year leases will be given choices on furnishings for their room. Note that we have two accessible rooms on the first floor. Other rooms can be made accessible depending on demand. Those that provide suitable information through the pre-leasing process will be granted visuals on the layout. The pre-leasing deposit is one months’ rent. This deposit is refundable if the building is not deliver or completed as expected.
